This new hotel represents the successful revitalization of a 1950’s resort. The new design allows for more efficient use of space and maximizes income potential for the owners. The building’s powerful form is articulated in curved balconies at each end of the courtyard, in a sweeping pipe rail stair, and in a curved wall of weathered shingles at the entrance. Form and materials work with the original building to create an architecture that is familiar to Cape Cod.
